Art@IITGN Internship

ART@IITGN is a unique platform that brings together creativity, research, and critical inquiry.
 
Internship at ART@IITGN invites students from diverse academic backgrounds to engage in hands-on, interdisciplinary projects that span visual arts, design, performance, and technology. This program is designed for curious and motivated individuals who wish to explore the intersection of art, science, and society in a research-oriented setting.

This is a full time position at IIT Gandhinagar (offline mode).

Interns collaborate with experienced faculty mentors and peers to conceptualize and develop original projects. The internship culminates in meaningful outcomes such as curated exhibitions, public installations, performances, or research-based publications, offering participants valuable exposure and recognition. Interns also gain access to IIT Gandhinagar’s excellent resources, including art studios, labs, and a vibrant intellectual community.

What sets ART@IITGN apart is its emphasis on inquiry-led learning, creative risk-taking, and public engagement. Interns are encouraged to experiment, reflect, and critically engage with real-world issues through artistic practice. Whether you are an aspiring artist, designer, researcher, or storyteller, this internship helps you build a strong portfolio while learning how to translate your ideas into impactful work.
