MOVEMENTS

Hop in to immerse yourself in a free flowing movements session to explore more than a methodical dance. The space is created to explore the self and beyond. The session includes, basic stretching, breathing exercises, interactive session about the self and the journey and a guided movement session. Anyone belonging to the IITGN community (students, staff, researchers, their family) above the age of 18 years are encouraged to participate in the MOVEMENTS session, an initiative by Art@IITGN for a fun, relaxing and exploratory session.
