The team of Art@IITGN welcomes all students inducted as part of Summer Research Internship Program, a flagship initiative that strives to bring the motivated students from prominent institutions across the country. As part of your experience here, we invite you to attend Art@IITGN Conversations, a session where we introduce our initiative and possibly help you understand the vitality of an Arts Initiative in an IIT! The ART@IITGN Initiative seeks to transform teaching and learning across the arts curriculum — music, theater, art, film, storytelling and dance — and with other disciplines to prepare students for a rapidly changing, globally connected 21st-century world. At Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar we envision a confluence of artists and academicians in creating experimental pedagogy, which seeks to bridge the silos within academic practices. hashtag#ArtistinResidence Argha Manna will lead us through his journey as an hashtag#comicsartist while Jaison Manjaly will be shedding light on the intersections of art and technology!
